Online donations for this fundraiser will be accepted until October 21, 2023 at 3 pm EST and in-person at our Punkin’ Chuckin’ Palooza until the same day at 3:30 pm.
Anyone 18 years or older can register to be a Peer-To-Peer Raffle Entry Seller through the fundraiser page. Click the “+ Fundraise” button near the “Team Members” section to register. Sellers will share raffle entry and donation information with family and friends through a sharing link provided by this GiveButter platform. GiveButter keeps track of raffle entries purchased and general donations made through your sharing link from August 16th, 2023 through October 21st, 2023 3pm ET. The Peer-To-Peer Raffle Entry Seller who raises the most money through their sharing link will receive a $200 check as a reward. The check will be mailed in early December, 2023, to the name and address entered in the ticket entry form. Any in-person entries to be credited towards a peer-to-peer seller must be designated as such at time of purchase and will be tracked and combined with the online total.
Raffle prize is a 6 night stay and cleaning fee at 1209 W. New Era Rd, Sevierville, TN. Contact information for the property owner will be provided by Good Works Farm to the winner. Winner will contact the property owner to arrange for the stay during available dates, subject to availability and check-in and check-out times. Black out dates for the stay are major holidays and the month of October. Reservation and stay are to be completed by December 31, 2025, unless other arrangements are made with the property owner.
Confirmation of entry purchase or donation will be emailed after payment. If payment is dishonored, Good Works Farm will use reasonable effort to notify the entrant by email to make a new purchase.
The name of the winner will be available to the media and other entry purchasers, and will be displayed on the Good Works Farm website, email and social media platforms.
Purchaser’s odds of winning will be determined by the number of tickets sold.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
Only one name may be stated on the entry form. The winner must provide their full legal name, mailing address, and Social Security Number to Good Works Farm before contact information is given and the raffle prize is awarded according to Ohio state law.
The winner will be determined by random drawing on Saturday, October 21st at around 3:30 pm ET through Facebook Live. The live may be watched through our Facebook page. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by email promptly after drawing.
Proceeds go to Good Works Farm, Inc. in support of people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Good Works Farm, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 46-1667100. The decision of Good Works Farm, Inc. shall be final on all matters regarding the 2023 Raffle: 7 Day/6 Night Smoky Mountain Cabin Retreat.
